cupcakes

hmmm....


all i wanted to do today was try out a new recipe and make some cupcakes, but some how i have fallen down a rabbit hole and ended in cup-cake blog land. who knew there were so many cupcake blogs and so many cup cake recipes?! persimmon pavlova cupcake? WTF.

here are a few to check out:
cupcake bake shop. there are SO many reciepes on here. they are sorted by ingredients and flavors, which is useful. but i think the cupcakes look a bit dull.

tartlette. posh cupcakes and beyond. a bit too high maintenance for me.

bake & destroy. more blog-y than the others and with a punk-rock view on baking. they make a lot of interesting paper toppers for their cupcakes.
