Great, Now I Have A NEW Movie To Find....

Just when you think you've seen it all.

You've watched A*P*E (where a guy in a monkey suit flips off the viewer)...you've submitted to viewing The Cat In The Hat (in a THEATER, no less!)...you even own titles like Ax 'Em, Dracula 3000 and Battlefield:Earth. Heck, you sit alone at night and watch Black Devil Doll From Hell. I know your type.

You've watched every bad movie out there, with or without the help of "Mystery Science Theater 3000", and now think that there is nothing that the cinema world can throw at you that you won't be able to shake off without a single thought. You'll never fear movies again...right?

Never say never, baby.

For you've never seen Demon Cop, a movie that is, without a doubt, worse than anything else you've seen. In fact, it's so bad that it's practically impossible to find - even on Ebay!

My thanks to Foywonder, owner and curator of Schlocktoberfest, where he watches and reviews every bad movie down the pike, for turning me on to this beauty. It started out life as a film called The Curse Of Something Bestial and was without a distributor until it fell in the hot little hands of none other than directing/producing legend Fred Olen Ray. He then shot new footage with Cameron Mitchell (!), gave it a new title and released it.

Apparently, it went over so badly (much like the proverbial lead balloon) that it is now one of those rarities in the VHS/DVD world (like "The Star Wars Holiday Special"). In fact no one would probably even know how bad it is yet today...were it not for one little thing.

The Internet.

So here then, for your (dis)approval, is a few seconds in the life of the movie Demon Cop.

There. Now you can say you've seen the worst of the worst of the worst. Hold your head high.

Dope out.
