Lady Gaga Concert In Singapore 2011: Lady Gaga's Singapore fans go gaga to win show tickets

SINGAPORE: What would you do for a chance to see international superstar Lady Gaga perform?

For the 108 contestants of Singapore Telecommunications Limited's (SingTel) Lil Monsters go Gaga@Singtel Contest, held at the Singtel Comcenter on Monday, there was little they wouldn't do to see their idol live.

The contestants sang and dance in their loudest, gaudiest Lady Gaga-inspired costumes during the contest, where the payout for the best 100 performers was one ticket each to the SingTel AMPed 'Born This Way' Lady Gaga showcase on Thursday.

"I feel very ecstatic, very happy! This is the best moment ever!" said 17-year-old student Brandon Chew, who spent five hours each day for three days, toiling over his blue telephone hat for the contest.

For Chew, winning two tickets was especially significant as that meant he could take his close friend along for the concert.

"I have a friend who couldn't make it [for the competition] today, and he is also a huge Gaga fan, so I'm going to share it with him since he is also a 'Little Monster'. I think he deserves it," said Chew, beaming. Read More
