As you may remember from our last chapter, the military has recruited the mysterious Mad Scientist Guy, unaware that it is his very creation he is being asked to take down and save the city from! What is Mad Scientist Guy's agenda? Does he have one? Why does he look like a cartoon Sam Elliott?
