You know, even with Halloween coming as it is, that's no excuse for us to be lax in our knowledge of and resistance to any and all mind-altering drugs. You know, how to avoid them, keep them out of the reach of small impressionable children and the like....
So, in the interest of the children, here is a public service announcement.
